Finally, all the material I have been writing, which was just sitting there in my archives since the later nineties started to burn under my fingernails. So as the end of the year 2000 was approaching I decided that all the backlog had to be finalized. With Pimpfy, my old "comrade at arms" I started to record another 10 of my tracks. Since the music and lyrics displayed various styles and was not exactly based on the latest trends I called it: "UNTRENDY THOUGHTS". Here we have again a very intimate lineup of parttaking musicians: Pimpfy Cosndola (all live guitars), Betty Semper (meanwhile better known as Betty S.) all female vocal parts except for the vocals on "Drowning" which were masterly done by Muriel Grossmann, who also played the gorgeous sax on it. The lyrics to "Drowning" were written by Shereen Mamode, an old friend of mine, who I've met during the late eighties, while I was still living in London. This album has been recorded and mastered entirely in "Beserlpark Studio"/Vienna; engineer Pimpfy Cosndola / Cosndola Production 2000/01. (C) 2001
