From 1983 till 85, I was living in Hastings at the time, I joined a local Reggae-band (“Shy Boy“) as a percussionist / vocalist. This was my first intensive contact with caribbean grooves.

On the 'graphic front' I was working on a nutrition almanach, which my friend Michael O'Connell was going to have printed and distributed through health food shops. It was meant as a guideline about Vitamins and Minerals in food stuffs and their function and effects on the body.
